Refund policy



Up to (15) days after the date of delivery (cf. 3.3.3), we offer the possiblity to return the item you ordered which would not give you full satisfaction for refund or exchange.

In that case, you must inform Anoli Joaillerie Client Service by writting before returning us the item, please indicate the reason of your return and carefully follow the return process that we provide you. Your request for return shall be effective starting at the moment Anoli Joaillerie acknowledges by writting of your request for return.

In the case of a return, the insurrance and shipping return's costs will be at your charge.

Upon receipt of your jewelry, we verify that it is in a perfect condition and we acknowledge receipt of your jewelry. Then, we will proceed to the refund corresponding to the value of the items within maximum (15) days following the date at which Anoli Joaillerie has accepted your request for return, also indicated at Article 1.3 below.

The returns prescribed in article 1.1 above will not be accepted by Anoli Joaillerie and will not allow any exchange or refund, however it will occur if :

(I) the process of return described by our advisors and on our website are respected ;

(II) the items are returned in perfect conditions without being worn. Therefore, returned items that have been damaged, worn, soiled or altered will not be accepted. In particular, items showing scratches, even tiny ones, will never be accepted.

(III) Our specialists confirm that the setting and the gem, or any other building block of the item, are compliant with the item that has been shipped to you, without alteration, modification or any kind of intervention ;

(IV) the returned items must be unused with all original tags and accessories (original of certificate provided if it is the case, packaging, gift box, jewelry box, instruction booklets attached...).

We also specify that :

(A) Return is no longer acceptable if you accumulate 2 consecutive returns or cancellations.

(B) The items have been customized or modified on your specific request (in particular, when there is a size change for the gem or for different colors which are different from the ones displayed on our website catalogue) will not be exchanged or refunded ;

(C ) Some special products such as "our limited editions" and "18K gold jewels" are not exchangeable or refundable.

(D) Moreover, items sold outside European Union will not be exchanged or refunded. 

Any refunds will occur at the discretion of Anoli Joaillerie, either by refund on your credit card, or by bank transfer to your bank account at the customer's name who has placed in the order, and being a resident at the address provided at the time of the order.

In the case of an exchange, the inital amount collected will be refunded. You will therefore be able to order a new item of your choice.


In application of Article L.121-20 of the French Consumer Code, you are subjected to (14) clear days from the reception of the items to exercise your right of withdrawal without justification nor penalities. We will refund you up to (14) days at the latest following the date at which you exercise your right of withdrawal.

However, in accordance with the French Consumer Code, this right of withdrawal is not applicable to the items manufactured on special request, limited editions and 18K gold jewels made on request as mentioned in section 4.2 (C) above.
